How to redeem

To redeem a Skip Hop gift card, you can use it either online at skiphop.com or in-person at Skip Hop stores (assuming they're part of the Carter's and OshKosh network).

Skip Hop gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at Skip Hop, Carter's, and OshKosh B'gosh company-owned stores in the US and Puerto Rico, as well as online at their respective websites. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Redemption: Skip Hop gift cards can be used for merchandise at any Skip Hop, Carter's, or OshKosh B'gosh company-owned location in the US and Puerto Rico, and online at their websites: Carters.com, OshKosh.com, and SkipHop.com.
Redemption Method: To use a gift card online, enter the card number and PIN at checkout. You can apply up to five gift cards per online order.
Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled after purchase.
No Replacement: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
International Orders: Gift cards and merchandise credits cannot be used for online orders shipped internationally.
Balance Check: You can check your gift card balance online or at checkout.
Online Payment: Online gift card purchases must be made with a credit card.
Purchase Limits: Carter's may limit online gift card purchases to $200 per customer per day.
