How to redeem
To redeem a LOFT gift card, you can either use it in-store or online. In-store, present the gift card to the cashier at checkout. Online, enter the gift card number and PIN at the checkout payment step.
Redeeming in-store:
- Show the physical gift card or a digital version (like a screenshot) to the cashier.
- The cashier will scan or enter the card details.
- The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the card balance.
Redeeming online:
- During checkout on LOFT.com or affiliated websites, locate the "Gift Card" or "Gift Certificate" field.
- Enter the 19-digit gift card number and the 4-digit PIN.
- Click "Apply" to use the gift card towards your order.
Terms and Conditions
Loft gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any LOFT store or online at Loft.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The card does not expire and there are no fees associated with use. Additional value can be purchased, but not online. Loft gift cards are not redeemable for credit account payments. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced unless you have the original receipt.
