To redeem a Raffles Hotels & Resorts eGift card, you must print the card and present it to the front desk personnel at any Raffles hotel or resort for redemption. Mobile redemption is not allowed at this time according to LayAwayLand.

Terms and Conditions

Raffles Hotel gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash. They are fully transferable and combinable, but not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed unless properly registered. Registered gift cards will only have their remaining balance replaced.
