To redeem a LEGO US gift card online, you'll need the 19-digit card number and PIN code. At checkout on LEGO.com, select "Gift Card" as the payment method and enter the card number and PIN. If you have a physical gift card, you can present it at a LEGO Store to make a purchase. You can also redeem it over the phone by providing the card number and PIN to LEGO Customer Service.

LEGO US gift cards, including eGift cards, cannot be exchanged for cash and are redeemable for merchandise only. They can be used at LEGO stores, on LEGO.com, or when placing an order by phone.
